Vladislav Panev
Co-founder and majority shareholder of SKY Asset Management
Vladislav Panev has extensive experience in asset management and capital markets, and is actively engaged in public life. He is co-founder and principal shareholder of SKY Asset Management AD, serving as Chairman of the Board from 2006 to 2021, and has been part of the team again since 2021 as an Investment Consultant.
Vladislav has also contributed to the public sector as a municipal councilor in Sofia Municipality (2019–2021) and as a Member of Parliament in five consecutive National Assemblies (2021–2024), participating in the Economic and Budget Committees.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from UNWE, is a licensed Investment Consultant, and a registered professional investor with the Financial Supervision Commission. He speaks English, German, Russian, and Turkish
Desislava Petkova
Executive Director
Desislava Petkova brings over 25 years of extensive experience in financial markets and asset management. Her professional career includes key roles in investment firms and management companies.
She joined SKY Asset Management in 2011 and serves as Executive Director and Board member. Desislava holds a Business Administration degree from UNWE and is a licensed securities broker.
Krasimir Yordanov
Portfolio Manager
Krasimir Yordanov is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in the global capital markets. He specializes in macroeconomic and sector analysis, corporate valuation, portfolio construction, and risk management.
His expertise combines strategic insight with practical market knowledge, supporting informed investment decisions and sustainable growth.
Tanya Paneva
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Tanya Paneva brings extensive leadership experience in the insurance and IT sectors. She has held senior roles at DZI General and Life Insurance, served as Program Director and Product Owner at Fadata Ltd., and led Business Systems at Discordia AD. Tanya holds a Master’s degree in Social and Insurance Studies from UNWE and has completed executive programs at KBC Academy and Vlerick Business School. She is also a board member of the Bulgarian Biathlon Federation and sports club Borovets 2016.
Emil Angelov
Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors
Executive leader with over 30 years of experience in banking, financial services, real estate, and construction. His career spans senior management and board-level positions in leading local and international banks, including oversight of subsidiaries in leasing, asset management, and cross-border operations. Since 2019, his focus has been on asset management, distressed real estate restructuring, and investment development, with a growing portfolio in construction and property entrepreneurship. Recognized for driving growth, transformation, and value creation across diverse industries.
Spaska Spasova-Dimova
Member of the Board of Directors
Spaska Spasova-Dimova holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and has over 20 years of experience in accounting and internal control. She has worked at investment firms such as Deltastock AD and Tradeville EAD, and currently serves as Managing Director of the accounting firm Veles Account EOOD.
Krasimir Tahchiev
Member of the Board of Directors
Krasimir Tahchiev has over 25 years of experience in investments and capital markets. He holds a Master’s degree from UNWE, specialized at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He has led the Financial Analysis and Corporate Finance departments and served as Managing Director at First Financial Brokerage House. In recent years, he has worked as a corporate finance consultant, CFO, and project manager for various companies. Since 2012, he has been Director of Investor Relations at Speedy AD.
